All clinical educational content, curriculum descriptions, articles, lectures, and resources are provided strictly for professional healthcare continuing education and clinical mentorship. They do not constitute individualized medical advice or establish a patient-therapist relationship.

4. Refund Policy — Oncology Rehab Certification / CE Diploma
We stand behind the depth, clinical excellence, and evidence-based rigor of our professional clinician training programs unconditionally.
Module 1 Satisfaction Guarantee:
After attending and completing all live classes in Module 1, and before Module 2 begins, any enrolled student who is not satisfied with the course content, clinical materials, or teaching may request a refund by sending an email to oncologicpt@gmail.com.
Upon timely receipt of your email request, we will issue a refund of the full course amount paid, excluding third-party payment processing fees. Refund requests submitted after Module 2 has commenced are not eligible for refund.
5. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All instructional slides, clinical decision-tree algorithms, case study analyses, lecture recordings, logos, graphics, and course syllabi provided through Oncologic PT and Dr. Akansha Sharma are the exclusive intellectual property of Oncologic PT. Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for their personal clinical practice and study. Reproduction, redistribution, recording without authorization, or public broadcast of course materials is strictly prohibited.
